Myself and my husband were declared bankrupt on friday and today we had a call from OR saying we will have interview next week. She said she will need to know when we took out credit cards and loans and what they were used for. We have had these for many years and have no idea of dates. Will this have any affect on how long our br lasts for.
No, there is no problem if you cannot remember the exact dates as the OR can contact the creditors to find this information out. The account numbers and providers of the credit cards and loans are important but if the dates are pretty rough (i.e. Apr 2003) then it won't be a problem.
