hi have recieved my bancrupcy papers from the court and i see that i can apply for a debt relief order instead of going to court for bancrupy i owe £12.800.00 ihave no assests and only my pension as my last salary will be at the end of the month the dro sounds more applicable for me do i need to go the cab for them you help me, as i know i cannot apply for a dro myself. thanks

Yes, it certainly sounds better for you. You don't have to use CAB, there are IP companies such as Payplan who can help you.
