hi
the difference from an internet based service with a call centre vs a personal service are :
1. face to face meeting - sometimes 3 times 2. 1 key contact throughout the whole process 3. a life strategy for dealing with the debts, job, home, car etc etc etc and representation with each of these as and when necessary. 4. affermative action regarding creditors and court representation with CCJ's charging orders etc etc . 5. The handing back of properties 6. preparation of all court documents 7. attendance on the court day 8. preparation of a file for the official receiver 9. atandance at OR interviews 10. negotiation with OR re IPA, Beneficial Interest etc etc etc. 11. support throughout the Br period.
incidentally England Jackman & Spacey also ofer a similar service.
Fundamentally the solution is completely built around the needs of the individual.
hope that helps a little

Thanks Paul,
How do I take this to the next step then? By contacting Reviva direct from their website - or via email to you?
Obviously a conversation is vital for someone to get an understanding of the situation and the specifics, but also so I know what information I need to gather/prepare.
Also to get an idea of timescales etc. Look forward to your reply Thanks again R |

Hi Richie
you can go to the contact section on our webpage and if you fill this in with times to call etc etc i can get back to you .
please note that this is without obligation for you but it is certainly worth a more indepth coversation so that you know what the options are and can then reflect on the best way forward for you.
