Hello
Can you download the forms online for declaring yourself bankrupt and if you can where from and which forms do you require, I am on job seekers allowance and been told I will not have to pay fee is there a form for exemption as well.
Also are the forms hard to fill in

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You can download the forms from the Insolvency Service website - http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/

I'm not sure where you get the forms for a reduction in fees, possibly from the court, but hopefully someone will be able to confirm.

The BR forms look quite daunting, but you can save them as you go so you don't have to complete them all in one go. If you have any questions just ask and we'll be able to help you x
