hiya i phoned my OR today... and my case has been closed!? and it has notes on it saying that i am suitable for an early discharge??
just wondering what this means?? and how early could it be?(went bankrupt in jan 2010)

The usual period for an early discharge is 6 months from the date of bankruptcy - So July 2010 Well done! what a nice way to start the weekend! enjoy it!

Hi what it means is that you are in the queue, ED is low on the priority list so it can be put off at any point. It is good to know that they have looked at your case and seen nothing wrong though. Just dont get your hopes up untill all the paperwork is in, signed and stamped

yeh i think its a good thing!! early discharge would be a bonus!! just keeping everything crossed!wont buid my hopes up...but its cheered me up lol.

I hope it will be an early discharge for you.

However, I always say it is not a right and if granted, is a bonus.

yea definatly a bonus!! i no its not a right...just with my luck with the whole money/debt i never seem to have any luck ;) but hopefully it will make a nice change to be discharged early...will let you know
