If an IPA isn't implemented before the discharge then you will never get one.

You've done as much as you are required to do by informing the OR and their secretary so if the form doesn't reach you before your husband is discharged then it's not your fault. He will be able to keep all of his wages and spend the money on whatever he wants.

Hi

I would Email and phone the secretary and OR again and offer to pick the form up from them, you dont want to get hit with non-compliance just because a form has gone missing in the post

Best of luck

Then I would let them know in writing that you havent recieved the form, send a breakdown of new income and new expindeture to them and send it recorded too

Best of luck

I wouldn't be offering to pick up the form - why should anyone have the inconvenience and expense of doing that?

I would email them once more (and put a read receipt request on the email) and if you hear nothing then you've done all you can.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

32 IPA payments made, 4 to go - the end is in sight!

I agree with Stu, send it recorded delivery it's only a matter of pence.
