hi there
i work as a child minder i`m self employed i`ve been doing this job for just over a 1year now and i`ve work really hard to get this up and running. how would this work if i and my parter went bankrupted, would i have to give all this up.

Hi Lesley welcome to the forum

A childminder it is not an occupation that is banned whilst BR, unless limited company as you cannot be a director

yes your local authority may wish to put restricitions upon you and the finances of the business.

some parents may be funnny about you being bankrupt but that is their choice nothing really you can do about that

spaek to some one prior to going breakfast to make certain continuity of business and that all of ducks are in correct order.

I used paul and his team at reviva might be worth an email
