Hi All
Starting to recieve calls and texts from a company called CSL they say they are acting on behalf of First Plus Finance which were one of my creditors included in my Bankruptcy.
They say they are persuing a debt of 76k and they dont appear to have any knowlege of the fact that this was included in a BR.
I explained the situation and they asked for a copy of my patition of BR.
I wont be sending this as there is too much personal information on it. My intention is to forward the address of the OR on to them and let him deal with them. ... Thought all this was behind me

send them a bankruptcy order (not the petition) as this is all that is necessary

Hi Paul50

Give CSL the details of the OR dealing with your case, and your Court number, and also give their details to the OR and ask him/her to contact them

Good luck

Paul,
I've had dealings with this company. Send them you bankruptcy order, but beware someone else will call you two weeks later, discussing the same thing!
I sent 3 Bankruptcy orders in the post to get rid of them.
When speaking with them ask for a name of person to send it to and send it recorded delivery.
I hope this helps.
Dean.

Thanks for all your comments, Decided to phone the OR in the end. He told me this sort of thing happens all the time and to forward any letters they send me on to him.
The OR's Office has a standard letter that they send out to companys like CSL.

Presuming first plus is a secured creditor then they can still pursue you for the debt until the house is sold at less than its secured value and the debt becomes unsecured at which time it will be included in your BR
if it is an unsecured debt then you cannot pay them and they should not pursue you once they have been informed of your BR
