Will the OR ask to see copies of my bank statements? I am a little worried as I have previously transferred money to my partner's account (about 200gbp per month)to pay for petrol and maintenance on her car as she was taking me to and from work before I lost my job and I was also giving her money for food as I have been staying with her a few nights a week. Will the OR look at this and ask questions and say I should have been using the money to pay my creditors, even though at the time I didnt know I was going bankrupt? Can they ask my girlfriend for the money back? I dont want to get her into any trouble as she has been a great help to me and is currently on an IVA herself.

hi and welcome to the forum
the OR may well want to see your bank statements and question what the payments were but £200 a month for understandable and explainable expenses should be no problem to the OR.
if it was £1000s it would be different

RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
