Since been made bankrupt (3 months to automatic discharge)I have been on Jobseekers allowance, however due to ill health i may not be able to continue claiming (whether or not my DR will sign me off sick or not) - I Live with my mother currently so wont't starve! However my question is this (I dont Pay an IPA/IPO) am i OBLIGED to claim benefit I will probably still be able to look for work although not quite as intensly as i am at the moment
Am I obliged to claim benefit ?
