I have just recieved the total costs from a 3 year court battle re: a property purchase I could not complete on.
The costs are £61K sofar with interest added daily. My property is currently worth circa £275K, I have two charges on this property, totalling £261K, plus say a sales fee of3.5K, so approx. £264/265K. Equity approx. £10K. Would the OR take my house?
Thank you
