Will court persue my wife for my debts ?

1) We had a joint account until my wife got a job. Now we've seperate accounts only. If I was to go bankrupt will the court persue my wife for any possible repayments?
2) If you are bankrupt in the UK will it show up on USA credit reporting agencies such as Experian US?

Good morning Anthony

There is no way that your wife is responsible and will be chased for your debts unless there is a debt in joint names.

It is extremely unlikely that your bankruptcy in UK willshow up in US.
