Hi, i am 43 yrs old and we are considering bankruptcy. we have unsecured debts in the region of 35-40k. Also we have TWO secured debts as well the mortgage. The two secured debts are obviously crippling us further. We have negative equity in the property. Help please.

Hi rbrady2k3, welcome to the forum.

I suggest you speak to an expert to have all your options explained. It may be that you need to consider repossession to get rid of the secured debts.
