I am receiving income support and considering declaring myself bankrupt. If I find employment after the 12 month period would I have to pay money to the court from my salary.
If you have any disposable income, then an IPA can be set up, however this would have to be done within the 12 months you are bankrupt. If it's after that, then no, they can't set up an IPA.
