Hi all,
does anyone know how much a month roughly you have to be taking home for a landlord to rent you a three bedroomed house at about 695 a month or how they work out what they think you can afford from your income. Thanks in advance.

depends from agent to agent and which company they use to do the credit check easiest option is ask the agent.

rough combined income 16 - 20K allows rental of £700 but they then take of debts and regular financial commitments
