Hiya i was wondering if you can help me.
My husband and I have our court date to go bankrupt on 26/10/11 and we have just found out that my husband will be made redundant that week.
we have completed the income and expenditure as he works but what will happen once they know that he now hasnt got a job. What will happen with the expenditure once he loses his wage.
when he finds a new job will he be able to go back to the expenditure on the bankruptcy forms or will they say you been living on a very low income for however long, what/why do you know need the extra money????
also i have been advised to put down expenditure of £150 for clothes per month ( 2adults&2kids) plus a holiday allowance of £80 is this too high and is the holiday allowance correct.
Thank You

Hi,

You will need to complete a new income and expenditure when your husband gets a job, and yes, all reasonable expenditure will be included.
