I'm 19 and have over a grands worth of debt that need to be paid by the end on January and I just don't have the money to cover them, is bankruptcy the right choice for me?
I would have not thought that bankruptcy was the best option if your debtis only £1,000 - Have you talked to anyone with regard to your options? Are you in work?
