I am about to receive a 15K payout for redundancy. My husband has just gone bankrupt, can they take my payout as we are married? I also have saved my child benefit fund for the last 2 years for things like uni costs for them in the future, can my husbands bankruptcy take any of this despite the savings accounts being in my name only?
