I live in a flat with a private car park and there were bailiffs parked next to my commercial vehicle, they had clamped my vehicle and demanded just under £700 on the spot for an unpaid parking fine. I offered to pay them £100 but they refused and the car has been taken. I had to leave and go to work in a taxi. Please advise on what I can do.
