I need to help my in-laws file a Bankruptcy on the Isle of Man... can we do it ourselves or do we need an attorney? How much (ballpark) does it cost for a personal bankruptcy filing for people in their 80s on a small fixed income?

I'm sorry, I can't help or advise. The laws are different for the Isle of Man. If you google it, there is a debt advisory service that you could contact for advice.
