My ex husband declared himself bankrupt last year. We split up in 2000 and divorced in 2008, in 2011 the house was transfered into my name. I now have an isolvency service writing to me and ringing me about the property. Do they have any right to do this as it is solely in my name? i have been paying the mortgage on my own for the last 10 years and he agreed to sign the house over to me.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If it has just been transferred into your name then the OR is looking at the fact that it would probably have been a transaction under value so it would have to be investigated.
