 What happens about charging orders based on unsecured debts in bankruptcy ?

I have no equity in the property. If I went bankrupt and continued to pay mortgage (no arrears) would I still have to pay anything else that was secured on the property - like charging orders that were based on unsecured debts?

Yes if you wanted to keep the property you would need to maintain payments to any debts secured on it
