I have a property in france that I own with 2 other unrelated people. there is no mortgage. can the trustee make them sell the property

Don't really know the answer to this but I suspect that you might have,to sell your share. One of the experts will be along to help.

In a word yes. Would the other owners be able to afford to buy your share from the trustee instead

Then the trustee will offer your share to them to buy first so the property does nit need to be sold
