Hi, I am at my wits end, I feel that I am drowning in debt.My wife has just turned 65 and is in poor health but is still having to work to that we can pay our way. She may have to stop work due to this and I am tinkering with the idea of going bankrupt? we have debts of around £25000, can you please give me your opinion on what I should do!

Hi Russell,

Please speak to an expert so you chat everything through and have all your options explained to you.

Do you have any assets? Are you homeowners? If so, is there any equity? do you work?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

As Viki suggests, speak to an expert or visit the CAB.

Ask away on here as well.
