I seem to be writing so many questions today, guess I have had all weekend to think of them!!!
I am going bankrupt on the 15th August at Portsmouth Court. Has anyone had any experiences... good or bad with this court and the OR?

Hi Maizie,
I'm afraid Portsmouth is one of the few courts I have no experience of. Hopefully, someone else may be able to shed some light on this for you!

No experiences myself, my BR hearing is at Romford County Court and I can say that so far they have been extremely helpful. The OR is apparently a firm in Southend and as yet no opinion on them.
Best of luck anyway, I shall post my experience of court on Thursday afternoon. |

I know an examiner who used to work in the OR's office in Portsmouth, and she is lovely. But don't know about any of the others.

hi Maizie,
Although I can't comment on Portsmouth (one of the few courts in the country I've yet to visit), every court i have dealt with have been friendly, efficient and helpful. Remember, they see BR cases all the time and won't make any judgements. Most seem to go out of their way to make it as painless as possible for you.
