Hi all, Just wondering how many times do our information go in the London Gazette. I have looked in there online and have seen other that went BR in May this year in there. Can someone advise, does it go in weekly. Also which other paper could it go in. Thanks Jo

Hi jo to be honest, how often it appears I don't know. Your BR will also appear in the Stubbs Gazette. Both publications are trade papers predominantly used by financial institutions. You won't find one readily available in your local newsagents.

Hi Thanks John I am getting a bit nervous about Tuesdays interview although I should not be as it seems pretty straight forward. I have written up a list of what I want to say to the OR on the phone and a brief about how we got into such a mess and hopefully it will all go ok. I am hoping that we can stay in the house till end of June next year as our eldest who has learning diff is about to go and take his exams and he does not need any extra stress so i will mention that to the OR. I am just worried that like you said that the OR will think what on earth were you doing to get into so much debt. I do feel very guilty maybe thats why, almost like this is an easy way out but no way has it been, i never wanted to lose our home, but now i know we can never truely afford to live here, we are on int only payments and next year end of May the 3 year deal comes to an end and then who knows. Thats if the OR wants us out by then. Im hoping we can get something sorted out a bit longer, maybe C&G might help us but again I dont want to end up with the debt of the mortgage around my neck so we will leave that to the OR or the trustee if they appoint one. We want to be out around the time the BR is discharged if we get the 1 year. Anyhow I will keep you advised. JO
