Slightly concerned relating to a few comments on the forum do we pay an expert when we have no money or do we try ourselves and ask the or, surely the bankruptcy forms should not be at the mercy of some people who can not afford so should they ask questions for a period of time to help or borrow money to help complete.

Sorry the answers are not compliable to many people who are living from day to day i am just bankrupt and if i could help would do free of charge even though i have just paid for help with my forms, i think this site should open up and show prospective br's to fill the forms in and say £30 0n a link for each form, you are getting valued income and they are receiving valuable advice rather than seeking outside info, your site is brilliant and should build on it most people find it rather than being directed.

Push forward what you are achieving to the next level but look how many people are striving for support on the forms but perhaps need more than comments

regards

Hi John

I have always maintained that you should be able to fill in your forms yourself. This forum is great for answering ad hoc questions relating to individual circumstances, and it is free.

Most OR examiners are aware whether bankrupts have had help in completing the forms or not, and I have to say it can often affect the way in which they are checked over, and how much forgivness is given for exclusions or minor errors. Also most examiners are very empathetic to the bankrupts they are interviewing or dealing with and some will suggest things that the bankrupts may have omitted, in order to improve their position.

Also we shouldn't forget the good work that most CAB offices do in helping out with form filling.

One look at the forms on paper and it's disgustingly difficult. However, pop along to the insolvency website and use the online forms where everything is annotated for you, it's wonderfully easy :)
