Still trawling through the forms ready for Wednesday and now started to panic.
I have just read that there is another form that needs filling out as well as the SOA.
What is it and where do I find it please:(

Hi Harbourmaster

I believe there are 2 Forms yes.

Check out the link called 'How to Declare Bankruptcy?' in the left hand column of this website.

I think they are:

Bankruptcy Petition (doc 6.27)
Statement of Affairs (doc 6.28)

According to this website, hese forms can also be downloaded from the internet using the following website links:

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/form6-27_0602.pdf
http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/form6-28_0405.pdf

But I haven't tried it myself!

Good luck...

Thanks guys.
Does this need filling out by hand or is it part of the online forms that I have been filling out for ever?

Hi Jo, I have done ours online as well, (good job because ours are so complicated, 4 cars, 7 houses, 3 ltd companies etc!!) B---dy nightmare!!
So, if I read you correct when I have done all the SOA online then form 6.27 will be printed as well. The only thing I have identified with the online forms is that you can't print them to look and then go back to change them.

Ah what i did HM was when i submitted them it mentions about PDF file before you make the final submission, i then saved it right then and printed it off.

I could then check it through and make changes, when i was happy i completely submitted them.

All the forms are there both parts, everything is there that you need for the court.

Good luck.
