Hi guys have today recieved notice that Rob will be getting a BRO for 4 years because he borrowed money with feesable way to pay it back, basically robbing peter to pay paul. I phoned them to say he accepted this and they will reduce it to 3 years. We are not bothered as it wont really affect us.
Just thought we would give you an update.
cheers
jayne

Hi Jayne,

Many thanks for the update. Feedback like this is really useful in identifying how various OR's interpret the rules/guidelines.

Hi Jayne, sorry to jump in on your post, but when did Rob go BR? Just wondering on the timescales from BR > BRO.

Cheers,

T.
