Hi can u please advise?

I have been suffering with mental health isses and waiting to see a phyciatrist to get a diagnoses possibly manic depression- I have my assesment papers from Community Phyciatric nurse obviously assessing my mental state and refereeing me for further help- do i need to include this with the Debtors petetion soa? im not sure how much information I am supposed to give re: these issues I am also registered blind. sorry but am so panicked. Thanks heavens for this website !

Hi sky
there is no need for you to do this at the outset and knowing a little about your circumstances I doubt that it will become necessary either.

However, it would be worth considering if things become a little difficult with your examiner later down the line.
