 letters of confirmation of bankruptcy?

hi, my wife and i went bankrupt on thursday do i now send a letter confirming this to the creditors?

Hi D&T
there is no need to do so but if you would like to then go ahead. If you do write, or phone which is what i did, you would need to provide the date you went BR, your BR number(s), the court name & address and the OR's office name and address.

If you receive any letters that appear threatening after that just forward them to your examiner.
