Help please we curently involed in an IVA 24 months in (no missed payments) but are struggling to survive. Would BR be an option. Please see brief info below. 1. IVA 2 years in approx 42k when started. 2. have paid 14k into the IVA 3. Have a mortgage (upto date) maybe 10k equity at a push. Bankrupcy does not worry me (I think), but I am woried about losing our home which I would like to avoid at all cost.
