last year i took out a loan from a bank in july start date of payment some months later.... I resigned from my job suffered a serious illness with no illness cover could not afford to make any payments to loan and could not get any benfits because i had resigned from job....sub, existed on overdraft and credit card all with the same bank.....Finaly managed to get onto benefit but could not make the payments for my debts ( been over a year now) ... have sub not contacted the bank and moved address total debt around £11,500 plus charges...What can I do to resolve this issue

Debt Management Plan or Bankruptcy are an option?

It would also depend on what creditor pressure you are currently getting?

Also what do you want in the future?

Is there employment prospects in the pipeline?
