 how will it affect my parents?

I am 33 and stilllive with my parents, nothing in the house is mine, if i declare myself bankrupt how will it affect my parents?

Hi

There is no intrinsic problem here. There may be an initial issue with your parents credit score but you can ( and should) write to the credit reference agencies and request you be DISASSOCIATED with them. airly straightforward.

It certainly won't affect their house or belongings

Hi TSAL

I wanted to add that should you need contact details in order for you to disasociate yourself from your parents there is some addresses in my blog on the Credit Ref agencies.
