I went bankrupt on 20th October still paying the mortgage and intend to keep the house with someone buying the BI.

I recieved a B10 Notice of Bankruptcy from the land registry, which did not worry me too much as I think it just means that I cannot sell the house. This morning I recieved another notice, B11 Notice of bankruptcy restriction which was made on 28th October, what does this mean?. I have not met with the OR yet so does this mean I have been given a BRO?.

Hope some can help

Hi

these are just standard forms - so not to worry.

The OR will go through these when ou have your interview on Tuesday.

Hi Debtrider

I received the same letters as you, i did not worry about either of them as i believe they are pretty standard ones when it comes to BR.

Good luck with your interview.
