Hi all,

I have been really sad and checking through the Insolvency service site and noticed some BR cases have gone to RTLU and others still with their original OR as ours is, can anyone tell me why that is.

Thank you

LOL

The RTLU is the Regional Trustee Liquidation Unit, which deals with assets during BR.

Some cases are passed to the RTLU if the OR has a large workload - this happened to me. I didn't know until I checked the insolvency register and noticed the address had changed.

I think it is Regional Trustee Liquidation Unit?????
They are the dept that will deal with assetts and IPAs (I think!)
