Hello this is my first posting on here so please be gentle with me!
I am currently in an iva but i have been cashing cheques in the last few months due to being of sick from work back in the summer months, i simply did not have enough to live on. I cash about three cheques per month which is equivilent to my wages at present. I also work for woolworths and as you may all know they are not going through a good patch!!! At the moment i have no idea what the future holds for me with my job and I am not sure what will become of me if i lose my job, what do you think the best route is for me in my current sitution? |

Have you been keeping up with your IVA payments so far also have you spoken to your IP provider about the current situation you fnd yourself in.
How much is it you actually owe and do you have any assets like a home or car?
How long have you been in your IVA and have you missed any payments to them?
What do you have left from your monthly I&E?

Hi Shazzles and welcome to the forum. I think I know you from the IVA forum!
Sorry to hear that things aren't going well for you. I think you need to speak to your IP about this and see what they suggest, and then take it from there.
