John, thanks for your reply. I would really appreciate it if you could just answer my last question I posed for you on the topic 'Charging Orders' I appreciate your advice.

I have personal experience of situations with clients whereby bankruptcy had been successfully petitioned for, at the court, literally only MINUTES before a final charging order was granted, thus nullyfying that application.

Hi

I would concur with John - if the petition is dated & TIMED before the charging order then the charge doesn't stand - case law went to the Court of Appeal and the creditor lost .

It is important to let the clerk know that there is a time problem so that you go first and they are usually fantastic.
