Hi, does anyone know what a ADHOC letter is? I have received one from OR with IPO questionaire

Hi

just to let you know I'm not ignoring your post but I haven't a clue unless it means what it says.
That is, it's not necessarily a request for an update of I&E pre consideration of early discharge.
Maybe just an interim review.
