hi there,
do you sign and date the 6.27 form on the day you are filling it out or do you complete it on the court date in front of the clerk?

Hi Andy
Dont sign anything until your at the court, the reason being is that the clerk witnesses it.

Nope, I have an appointment on the 9th at 9.30
My business,like so many others, didn't do what it was supposed to do at Christmas so after 8 years I finally closed it's doors for the last time on Christmas Eve.
I didn't feel too bad as was mentally and physically beaten at this point due to lots of anxiety and working many hours.
So I'm at home at mo having a well earned break, preparing some of the forms whilst watching Blake's 7, life could be worse.
My debts come roughly to 30k which includes next 6 months commercial rent, suppliers, cards & banks and the VAT. Could be worse I guess.
There is still roughly £300 left in the overdraft which I could so easily use for this months rent, what is everyone's opinion on this option? |

Hi Andy
I would use it if thats the only money you have, just dont take it over the limit and incurr an extra debt. If asked by the OR just tell them thats what you used the money for.
Best of luck for the 9th, and i am sorry to hear about your business, there are so many going under now.
