Morning all. Im in the middle of filling out the bankruptcy forms, my question is, under the list of unsecured creditors one of my debts is a buy now pay later deal. I have yet to make any payments, so in the amount owing section do I put down the cost of the goods, or do I put down the cost (inc interest) if I was paying monthly?
Hope thats clear, any help would be greatful.

Sorry I have a question about forms. I know it is a silly question but when you sign the statement of affairs should this be done at court on the day or can I do this now with today's date. Just wanting to get it all done. Hoping I have done everything right!

Thank you.
I had gone and signed them all, typical I was trying to be a good girl. I will print some more off now. If we have answered a question on the form in way that does not actually give the proper answere what happens. Do they send you away and you have to book another appointment. I just want to get it all done that day. I do not think I could wait any longer. I feel sick about it now.

Sorry to be a pain, section 8 Current Property. The house I live in with my partner is owned by my parnters mother, so do I leave this section blank? or do I have to fill that in?

U only need to print of the pages you signed you dont need to do all of them. Just work out the page numbers when printing.
Steven
Yes you do need to fill that in as you live there even though you dont own it, the house is your home and the OR will need to know where you live, as you obviously rent it.

Thanks Jo. I do make things hard for myself sometimes. I have had everything copied 3 times but am I wrong do I only need one copy of the statement of affairs and 3 of the debtors petition. It cost me and my hubby £13 pound in photocopying charges. Gosh I am getting stressed now. Everyday I think of something new that I think could be added to the forms. It is my hubby's overtime that is worrying me. He does get a decent amount from it but now thinks he should turn it down as it will not benefit us. I said to keep doing it as it all goes in favour if he were ever to be made redundant and they had to chose people .
Thanks for always replying you keep people like me going and not wanting to sit and give up
