Hi Robert and welcome to you

Your story is one we here so much on here and by the sounds of what you have said you cant even do an IVA or even a DMP.

If you stopped paying any of the creditors then you could save for the fee. You dont have to pay someone to do the form for you, it can be done by you if you dont really have any assets.

Why do you have to pay a court advisor or do you mean the whole court fee which is £495 at the moment but if your on certain benefits/low income you can apply to get a reduction of £150 via the court bringing it down to £345.

If i can help anymore dont hesitate to ask. Remember that your not alone and you have taken step one by posting on here :-)

Robert, don't be scared anymore. You've taken the first step and there are plenty of knowledgable people on here who will support and help you. Have you spoken to Citizens Advice at all? That would be beneficial to you I think, or give the helpline a call (number at top of page) and speak to a qualified advisor.

Remember, money is only printed paper........

Good luck xxx
