To get my credit file up to date, who do i need to write to? Is it each creditor or the 3 credit reference agencies? Also i have forgotten who the 3rd one is, i know it's experian and equifax but who is the 3rd? Do i just send a copy of my ED and ask for my records to be amended?

The third is Call Credit.
You need to write to all your creditors wih a copy of your discharge certificate or print a notice off the insolvency site that states your now discharged and request they update their files.

Meant to ask you earlier Hammy, did your OR write to you and advise of your ED or did you find out via the Insolvency Site. We sent back our ammended I&E just before Christmas so are now waiting on the result, I believe it takes 56 days. How long did yours take?
I had been checking the Insolvency site for a few weeks and then on New Years eve is had changed to discharged on 17th December. I then got a letter off OR on or around 3rd January confirming this. I completed my new I&E on 20th October and got ED on 20th December so that w2ould make it about 8 weeks i think.
