hi all
well hopeully at the end of the forms now and just wanted to run it by you, " causes of bankruptcy " any input would be appreciated
xmas 2007 we suffered the loss of my father in law, my hsband and i were greatly affected by this, combined with my husband not recieving any tiling work ( second job ) we were finding that paying the bills was becoming a struggle, i was only working part time due to re-training at college, in june i was due to start full time hours at work, but my mother in law who was my babt sitter, wasnt coping at all well with her loss, so she felt she was unable to help me, having explored other childminding avenues, and it all being too expensive,i was forced to resign, throughout the summer months we took foreign students into our home, but the season came to an end in september, our nephew who was also living with us moved out so we also lost his rental income, my husband had very little tiling work coming in so i took on a high powered fulltime job, but the start date was delayed due to security employment checking, by the time i recieved my first pay, the debts were mounting up, and my husband had NO tiling work now, we were starting to borrow money from family now, yhe debts were spiralling, and it was now becoming obvious that we were not nor were we going to be able to cope any longer, after taking advice from citizens advice, national debt helpline, and various others, we were informed, and sgreed the only action available to us was bankruptcy.
do you think its ok ...... does it give enough insight ?

ps forget to put in there, that i was asked to resign from my full time employment, as i was a personal banker for a well known high street bank, and i have a huge secured loan with them, and they felt it un-ethical to continue employment with them. |
