Hiya
I am similar to you in that I moved into my BF house which he owns & we have no joint debts & declared myself BR.
Techinally I am his lodger & we did sign a tennacy agreement which I gave a copy of to to OR which she was happy with & his house has not been affected.
I would think this would be simialr but you should take advise just to be certain.

Hi Swadgal and welcome
I would as tikka has said get some proper advice.
I would therefore call our helpline which is available on 0800 078 9367 and go through it with them, they will be able to offer one to one advice.
Please bare in mind that as you can imagine they are rather busy at the moment and may not be able to speak straight away, dont be detered though, please leave a name and a contact number and someone will get back to you.
Best of luck
