im concedering going bankrupt i live with my husband and three children we have seperate bank accounts will they touch my husbands account as hes working and im not thank you
The won't touch the bank a/c if it is in his name solely. However, there are a lot of issues if you go bankrupt as regards income and expenditure and they will ask what your other half contributes to the household budget. Also if he jointly owns any assets, such as a house, this will be affected.
