Hi AlanO,

To clarify I have received a 'notice of eviction' basically stating it will take place on the 15th April at 10.45am, and states I should make arrangements to leave the property.

So my understanding is that this is an 'eviction notice'...

The viewing went well..(but many before have) unfortunately they have a property to sell, so can't see any quick fix from this..??

Hi Dave,

I dont want to sound alarmist - but the eviction notice is serious - If you take no action then the bailiffs will be around on the 15th and you will be out.

If you wish to stay then you will need to submit a N244 to the court to seek a suspension of the order. You will need to file a creditable financed based case and i suggest that you contact an expert to assist or represent you.

All the best alan
