well the day came and went!!! arrived at the court at 9.20am and by 12 i was declared bankrupt!! didnt even have to see the judge, staff just wished me luck and i was on my way. now i feel so relieved, the stress, all negative thoughts are behind me now, get the O.R. interview over with and start my life again. so i would to the time to thank everybody on here for all their replys to my posts as you have all been very helpful, and good luck to those who are going into bankruptcy, there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. regards tim.
