Congratulations!

Do you have an IPA? If you do you'll need to keep the OR informed of any changes in your circumstances until the end of the IPA. If not, you don't have to worry!

thanks Melaine,

thanks also to this website!
ive only recently found this site and its one of the best, so many friendly helpful people! i only wished i found this website at the beginning of my bankruptcy, i dont think going bankrupt is as bad as it sounds, it has a stigma attached to it.

Im pleased its over but for the last year ive learned to control my money more!

thanks everyone!

yes,

My tax code was changed to (NT) NO TAX so i get my tax money in my Net pay which i pay to a company called Clarke and Willmott, every month, so i dont actually miss any of my money i use to live on, now my tax code will go back on my payslip and ill be paying tax again..

So i never really miss the money as its not mine in the first place!

I was declared BR in July 2008. My (repossessed)house has now been sold, is there a chance that I might be discharged early or is that now unlikely given that I am only 3 months away from the year?? I started paying my IPA in November, have paid over NT amounts, basically jumped through hoops.

Hi alfiesmum

your assumption is correct, with 3 months to go your unlikely to be offered ED as it takes virtually that length of time to process.
