Hi
Bailiffs do not come after you declare Br , this is because they are used to collect debts proved in the county courts.
The fact that you have declared Br means that these debts are written off and bailiffs legally are not allowed to collect these debts.
The official receiver may ask you to surrender certain items but general household goods, laptop ( unless new or significant value) would be excluded.
